Jesse responded promptly to our work request. He scheduled appts to assess the work needed and complete the repairs. He gave fair and reasonable estimates. I've had a very poor experience with Jesse and Genova Electric. I called Jesse to install a Tesla Wall Connector for my garage. He insisted that he would install an outlet. I even asked him if he could install the Wall Connector and he insisted he would just install the outlet. Lo and behold, the wiring needs to be installed directly into the Wall Connector instead of from an outlet, leaving the wall outlet he installed for me completely useless and me out $550. When I texted Jesse about this, he left me on read not once not twice, but three times. If he gets back to me and does the right thing, I will update my review, but until then I'm leaving it as 1 star.
Update: Jesse contacted me promptly and got me situated.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet customer before any work is done and give an in person quote after looking at the job would merely tell the person asking the questions that first, we ask a few questions to learn more about how we could better serve the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed contractor for commercial and residential electrical work since 2009.
We are proud to have worked and continue to work with Phoenix Children's Hospitals, University of Phoenix, The Marriott Chain, Luke Air Force Base and many other commercial and residential (including Mr. Mike Tyson’s residence) facilities and homes.
