What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is Fair and reasonable and aligned to what the Job requires in time, labor and material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to intially speak over the phone to get a brief understanding of what the electrical goal(s) are. We go over the job, pricing, and warranties.
Secondly I usually do a walk thru of the site to visually see what I'm up against. From there I build a game plan and execute it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Training from RSI, Arizona. This is where I honed my Residential skills.
