Ivan was a DREAM to work with! He responded ASAP, scheduled the repair within 72 hours, went to Home Depot for me & chose a fan/light combo under my budget, showed up on time and worked into the evening hours to complete the repair. JUST WOW. I’m an out of state landlord & Ivan took control of everything & made It happen. Thank you again Ivan!! (Oh, and for a VERY reasonable, almost cheap price) 10/10.

I had a great experience with Ivan. He has great communication skills, he's knowledgeable on electrical codes, and delivered what I requested. I got the permit for a 200 amp service and meter upgrade, while he coordinated with the electric company to disconnect power. He then performed the upgrade and we passed the city inspection right after. I would definitely hire him again for future work!

Ivan was awesome! He responded to my request to replace a GFI outlet right away and was at my house within a matter of hours. He checked everything for safety and took care of my issue right away. His price was very fair and he went above and beyond by running to Home Depot to exchange for the proper GFI without charging me extra. I highly recommend hiring him and will hire him again for any of my electrical needs.
