My name is Juan and I've been working as an electrician and handyman for over 28 yrs now. In that time I've done plenty of troubleshooting, new install, consulting, and remodels. Great communication and came out quickly. Knowledgeable, nice and affordable. Had an electrical problem on a wall (outlets and lights) and Juan found the issue, not an easy one to find either, and fixed it. First time we used his services and GREAT, already making a list to call him out again.

Trouble shoot patio electrical circuits. Repaired one "dead" receptacle and correct reverse polarity. Work was accomplished in the most professional and expeditious manner possible. I do and will recomend Rescuejuan to all needing these type services.

Juan and his associate were thorough and professional and completed our electrical (fan setup and installation, etc.) quickly and efficiently. They even pointed out construction issues on our new build home that we probably wouldn’t have noticed that we can now have repaired by the builder. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remember when searching for a professional you are paying for MY experience and knowledge. I have many years experience and will not be insulted with “lowball” pricing. I’m flexible and fair with my pricing. I never want the customer to have sticker shock. I accept cash or credit. I want the customer to be satisfied with the work, quality is important. I offer discounts to educators, first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure customers understand options and prices, giving choices and letting them decide. I want the customer to call me back to do more work in the future.
