- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard service call is $85 an hour Monday thru Friday from 7am till 6pm . With a 10% discount for senior citizens, military and school teachers as welll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be a true professional by handing them my business card when meeting for the first time to identify myself and my business and listen to the customer speak about the electrical issue and making them feel comfortable as possible while I'm there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in 1999 from Gateway Community College in a 4 year apprenticeship program through IECA and became a state certified Journeyman Electrican.
