- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every wedding package, I offer a complimentary engagement session. During the session, I get to know the couple better and they get to see how I capture their love through my pictures. I offer discounts for teachers, as my way of appreciating those who have done so much for others. I do have a standard travel fee if the location is outside of my range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to know more about them and what they are looking for in a photographer. Making sure we are a good match is important so I can provide high quality photography and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken three years of photography courses, focusing on a variety of skills. I have also trained under other professionals for over five years in addition to running my personal photography services for three.
