What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and has different problems that have to be solved. If it is a straight corporate headshot in the studio then the pricing is a standard rate. If it is a complex job that requires assistants and special equipment then the pricing for that is much different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather information about the project and what the clients needs are. I then discuss how I can help the client get the end results that they want.
I make sure we have that and then try to go further using all the creative tools that I have to produce an end product that exceeds the clients expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend workshops and trade seminars on the different software that I need to perform my job. I work on new and different photographic techniques to broaden my skill set.
