Introduction: I want all my images to evoke feeling, beauty and rawness. Most of my favorite images are ones I captured during the “in between moments”, when nobody thought they were being photographed. When I shoot, I imagine the images as stills from a piece of beautiful cinema, full of depth and character. I am drawn to darkness, shadow, and light. My focus is on capturing the romance of the moment and the connection between people.

Kari is AMAZING! Not only was she so lovely to work with, but her photos are incredible. My husband and I both hate having our photos taken, but are in love with our photos from our wedding day. She made us feel amazing and captured so many wonderful moments from our big day. She captured so many moments we didn't even realize until we were scrolling through our finished photos. We're so thankful we had Kari capture our wedding because we now have beautiful images to remember this day. Hire her for your wedding/family photos. You'll be so happy you did.

Kari photographed our wedding and we could not be more thrilled with our photos! She captured every single part of our wedding so incredibly. From getting ready, to the family portrait session, to the reception and to our portrait session, we were blown away with how each part of our wedding turned out.
