FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons after you book. What you see in my packages is what you pay. Travel within the Phoenix metro is included. I don't charge extra for editing, for the online gallery, or for the print release — those come with every booking. A deposit is required to hold your date. Until that's paid, the date is open to anyone. I don't typically run seasonal discounts or last-minute deals. My pricing reflects the time, care, and editing that goes into every gallery — and I keep it consistent for everyone. That said, if you're a small business or a brand just getting started and budget is a real conversation, reach out anyway. I'd rather find something that works than turn away a shoot I'm genuinely excited about. Pricing goes up as my calendar fills. The rate you're quoted today is the rate you lock in when you book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we just talk! No pressure, no pitch. I'll reach out with a few questions over email to get a sense of who you are, what the day looks like, and what matters most to you. If we're a good fit, we'll jump on a quick call. Before the event I send every couple a short questionnaire — nothing overwhelming, just the things that help me show up prepared. The timeline of your day, the moments you don't want to miss, the people who matter most. I'd rather know your grandmother's name before I get there than figure it out in the moment. A few weeks out we'll walk through the full day timeline together so nothing gets missed and there are no surprises on either end. On the day itself I stay quiet and close. I'm not going to gather the whole room and direct everyone into a frame every five minutes. After the wedding or event, your full edited gallery is delivered within 2–4 weeks through a private online gallery you can download and share. The whole process is designed to feel as easy as possible for you — because the less you're thinking about the photographer, the better your photos will be.
