I hired them to do the pigeons control / bird deterrent thing and they have worked professionally and to my satisfaction. If need arises, I would like to hire them again.

GREAT job guys!
BTW........another extermination company I had previously used for a termite problem quoted me $250 MINIMUM (outrageous)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! I'm extremely happy with the entire experience (except having visible signs of termites to start with). I did my due diligence (some say overkill) & learned about termites & the best product to kill them. I had 7 companies come to my home to give me estimates. Thumbs Up gave me the best price & warranty by far. They drilled & treated all around my home & in the problem room inside. They used the best product & a 5 year warranty was included. Most of the other companies had annual warranty payment at over $100/year. Joaquin swept, raked, and left the areas treated in better shape than they were before. He was very professional & very friendly & made me feel really confident that I made the right choice. I know I'm in good hands & won't have anymore termites. HIRE THUMPS UP! Thanks!!

I've had a great experience so far: had bee issue and Javier was flexible to come down same day and perform treatment. Service was reasonable and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm waiting for him to return to remove the nest in a couple days.
