- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, standard pricing system because so many clients are different in what they need & I charge $55.00 for good basic lessons of make-up looks & skincare knowledge. I charge $65.00 for full face looks with lash application/ $60.00 w/ Out lash application. This is the only standard pricing that I have. Wedding, Photo Shoots, Etc. start @ $65+
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Doing a very quick 10- min. consult & Making a list of products they use already & how they use them. I ask the appropriate questions in the consultation with them. I also ask my clients to lay out all the personal brushes they have for make-up & while I am doing the client’s make-up I can teach them some tips/tricks to use. And answer all questions they may have about anything to do with anything cosmetic derived.
