Sherri, as explained to you before we were not under contract with you, nor did we submit an estimate. We were clearly doing what we do for all potential clients and provide an on site cost quote. We don’t lead customers on once we schedule a site visit we then decided with the customer if it’s the right fit. Tuesday was the only and first day we could schedule you for a visit I’m not sure where 5 days of being miss lead comes into play. This is a warranty issue with a new home builder. We recommend you have the home builder address this site work. There absolutely was no trick involved with this consultation. Everything was very transparent. Top Onyx was asked to come in and look at the project, and quote a possible job. A free of charge consultation was scheduled immediately. As soon as the consultation/inspection of the site was completed, Sherri was contacted with the costs of this project and possible areas of concern. The potential client has informed Top Onyx that they would need the project done the same day. In order to see if that was possible, the Assistant Project Manager in charge of scheduling was contacted, who confirmed that meeting these timelines based on the current booked schedule for the on site crew will not be feasible. When she reached out to let the potential client know the situation, she refused to accept that answer. Top Onyx prides itself on meeting all client expectations, and when it seems that any expectations cannot be met, it is in the best interest for the customer and the company to not take on the project. All of the projects we take on are important to us, big or small, and once Top Onyx has committed to a client we cannot bump these projects because a potential customer tries to bully the staff or post one sided reviews. We wish Sherri all the best and hope she can find a contractor that can deliver on their expectations on their timeline.
