The service was excellent and very thorough. After showing us a video of the chimney cleaning, we were surprised at how much creosote had built up.

They did a great job clearing our dryer vents also gave a good assessment concerning the configuration of the vents and said to call if I have any problems with drying times in the future.

They came out and unfroze the damper and fixed the clean out door. Then they cleaned the chimney which had a lot of soot. Great job.

Leo was great! He explained all the challenges that our 40 year old fireplace had and gave us options for repair. I recommend getting your fireplace checked out and I would recommend Chimney Sweep Pros to do the work, ask for Leo! He is great!
