We’d just moved into a new house with a wood burning fireplace that hadn’t been used for a while by the previous owners.
Jake thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and even went on the porch roof to clean the outside flue!

We never used a fireplace ever before. So we had a list of questions. Most of the questions were answered before it was even asked. What a gentleman to work with. Was kind enough to wait for me while I went to bunnings and got some stuff to get the fire going (the fire pan was missing).

They installed stainless steel chase caps and chimney tops on two separate chimneys at our home during the same visit. Overall we are very pleased with the upgrade. The stainless steel components are a big improvement over what we had before and should provide long term protection for the chimneys.
