I typically charge between $25 and $30 per hour. When quoting I try to estimate my time on top of materials.

I always start with introducing myself. It is so important to make a good first impression so clients feel comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a general contractor throughout college building custom homes. I have also been involved in a couple house flips. In addition I've been a homeowner for over nine years doing all of my own maintenance and handy work.
