FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow a structured three-phase process: Collaborate, Create, Construct — designed to ensure every project is well-planned, clearly priced, and beautifully executed. Most bathroom remodels start around $50K, while kitchens and larger projects vary depending on scope, layout changes, and material selections. We don’t offer hourly work or discounts. Instead, we guide you through a thoughtful preconstruction process that includes in-house design, material selections, and construction management — all under one roof. This allows us to provide accurate budgets, fewer surprises, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collaborate. Create. Construct. We’ve streamlined our approach into three intentional phases—designed to deliver clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship at every step. 1. COLLABORATE It starts with a conversation. We meet on-site, walk your space, and get to know your goals, style, and vision. Then we bring you into our design center to meet the team and preview where your project will come to life. Once we’re aligned, we move forward together. 2. CREATE This is where the magic—and the planning—happen. We dive into design, explore materials, and refine every detail. Yes, there are decisions to make—but this phase is exciting, creative, and designed to minimize surprises once construction begins. 3. CONSTRUCT Let’s build something exceptional. We coordinate the trades, schedule the work, and get it done—beautifully. From first swing to final punch, our team delivers with care, craftsmanship, and clear communication. From concept to completion with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring nearly 50 years of combined experience in residential and commercial construction, development, and design. Brad has overseen everything from luxury custom homes to large-scale commercial projects across the Southwest, and previously served as VP of Design & Construction for a multi-state medical developer. He’s also a licensed AHERA Certified Inspector, bringing an added layer of awareness to health and safety standards. Briana’s background includes corporate operations, strategic consulting, and interior design. She was one of the youngest regional operations managers in her industry before transitioning full-time into the world of design and construction. Her ability to blend logistics with creativity ensures that every project is not only beautiful, but also exceptionally well-run. We’re a KB-1 licensed general contractor, which allows us to manage everything from ground-up builds to high-end remodels — all in-house and fully integrated.
