Look no further, you have found the best of the best! Slade and his team are a dream to work with for a homeowner. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He’s not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he’s also just a total blast to work with. He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around. We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That’s saying a lot as renovations are not fun! Sorry Shabeer but I was being honest with you. I don’t want to let customers down by being over booked. With the success of Thumbtack contractors have to be careful of taking on to much work and I done ever want to jeopardize quality because of over committing. We will not always the lowest priced but we will be very competitive for the quality and efficiency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship so I get to know their wants and needs so I can best understand what they are wanting in their project. Creating a construction budget and time line so we are all in the same page in what they are getting. From that point we we have trust established and able to bring the team in for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years in construction with 20 years of that in residential homes.
