Desert Grills LLC was able to service my grill SAME DAY. I have a Pit Boss pellet smoker that had so much buildup on the grates from cooking with it for two years. It was far past the DIY fix. They came out and got it taken care of in about 2 hours and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you have a dirty grill this is the company to call
