I’m seeing Heather tomorrow and it reminded me to share how talented she is! I’ve been searching for the perfect golden blonde. It’s become a little more difficult with my grey bit Heather nailed it!! She was very quick getting back to me when I first found her online. We had such a wonderful experience getting our haircuts today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted—clean, stylish, and easy to manage. The attention to detail and care really showed, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. My daughter absolutely loves her haircut too! Heather was so patient and kind with her, making the whole experience fun and comfortable. Her hair looks adorable, and she hasn’t stopped smiling since we left. It’s not always easy finding a place that does an amazing job for both adults and kids, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back. My pricing is average and I base my price on how many people I’m doing and how long it’s gonna take . It needs to equal a good about per hour .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain a little about myself and how I work with you . I ask about the services they are looking for and send photos of my work . And hopefully they book after we chat a little bit .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to beauty school five years ago and graduated . I have taken color , product and updo classes to further my education .
