- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer upfront, flat rate pricing which means you know what the investment is before we start. Also once we quote a project you can be sure it won’t change. If there are unforeseen issues, we will discuss the plan ahead of time so you are clear on what needs to be done. Each job will be a minimum of 1 hour. Flat Rate is $100 for the first hour and $75 each hour after that. Rate is prorated if a portion of an hour is not needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer reaches out to me, I respond promptly and professionally. I will gather basic information about the job requirements, including the type of service needed, location, and any specific details the customer can provide. I will provide you a quote on what I think the job will cost and when I can get the job completed. Satisfaction guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate and worked in Law Enforcement for 28 years. After I retired 6 years ago, I took classes to learn how to flip houses and have been doing that ever since. I have purchased and rehabilitated about 20 homes in the last 4 years. Currently I am taking a break from the real estate business during the slowing of the marketplace. To keep myself busy I began doing Handyman work in the neighborhoods where I live.
