Bobby was fabulous!! He was very accommodating with time and even did the shopping for the items we needed! The work he did was AMAZING HE INSTALLED MY TESLA CHARGER AND MADE MAGIC HAPPEN! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and I am up front and honest. For general projects my rate for labor is $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour for each subsequent hour within the same day. for other projects that are more specific it will be on a case-by-case basis for labor. If you think my price is not right or fair then we can discuss it, and if we cannot work it out then I will understand and no hard feelings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
treat them like I want a customer for life because that's just good business sense, and I do!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I honestly have no formal training I've been doing this for a long time and have taught myself through trial and error
