- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General scope speaking of what is going to happen, a copy with what you expect and roughly how long the project will take. Determined no snags, holdup, or unseen circumstances behind walls, etc etc. Being Upfront with information on wether or not the job is the right fit! Ensuring you with my services and no obligation attachment by emotion. Family and friends discount (one time use per owner(s) under same household.

Understanding what they are wanting and needing, providing helpful information!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, Some Roofing, Tile, Plumbing, Remodel, Drywall Texture, Patches, Technology, Vocational schools, and Aviation. Military Marine I was trained in Jobcorps Oregon for carpentry and was certified in that work in the union as well in the trades in sheet metal HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Remodel. I went through OSHA safety Training, as well Multiple schools. I went to Mayfield College for Hvac, NAU for entrepreneurship, Yavapai college for Aviation, I love to learn and educate myself and seeing a combination between skill set and knowledge
