- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $35.00 an hour plus materials that I'm happy to purchase and provide you with receipts. Tile jobs are quoted on a per square foot basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and talk about the project. I like to listen to the client and understand what result they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for years, remodeling my own residences as well as others. I have done just about every type of home project imaginable, including painting a foyer that was 25 feet high (on scaffolding) and doing epoxy and urethane garage floor coatings.
