FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are highly competitive. There are no sales gimmicks, and we are not high pressure sales. We are thorough and offer honest prices. We are not “cheap”, but we are very competitive. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually starts over the phone getting to know the customers project a little bit more then scheduling a time for us to come out and take a look/measure the project. If you’d like us to provide materials we have samples as well the customer can choose from and I always get the formal estimate sent to the customer the same day! If we’re hired an installation date is scheduled and then one of our amazing installation teams will be out there to floor you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the trade nearly a decade now our installers have been doing it even longer! I personally installed for 5 years, then did project managing and sales for a few years then realized it was time to start affordable hardwood and have my purpose.
