I would like to get this endorsement out while the details are still fresh in my mind … Phx Hardwood has just completed a 1500 sq. ft. installation in our home – and we’re more than pleased w/ the results/look!!! Noting that if you’re looking for cheapest prices, well these are not the guys … but if you’re looking for that optimal vector of Price, Quality, Reliability, Honestly & just plain ‘Know How ‘(i.e. artistic skills) then Phx Hardwood is for you!! To that, Dan is a true artist … and has a natural eye/gift on how your floor should/will look (i.e. our stairs look amazing!), Mark & Josh handle execution (i.e. attention to details) and support w/ precision – and ALL w/ clear respect for your property & family (i.e. minimizing impacts & intrusions where possible). In closing … I’m not only a homeowner, but also serve on our community’s board of directors & architecture committee – and in comparison to past experiences w/ like providers, Phx Hardwood is a CLEAR step above the rest. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hardwood flooring installation starts out at 2.99/sqft. Our sanding and refinishing prices start out at 3.99/sqft. For any other prices please ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak on the phone first to learn more about the project. Then we would like to see the project so we can get an exact estimate. Many times it's hard to give an exact estimate over the phone, text, or email without seeing it first. Many times there is extra work needing to be done that we can't see. This helps keep us honest with our customers and eliminate any surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing all types of hardwood flooring services in the Phoenix area for 17 years. We have extensive knowledge in sanding and refinishing, and installation.
