I was happy to find someone who would tailor their cleaning services to my family’s needs. Dulce did this and more. Clearing clutter, thoughtfully organizing kids rooms, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, the stove was spotless, laundry, dishes to name a few of the things she did. It was such a relief to have the house cleaned. She was also trusted to be left alone in my home, which speaks to her professionalism as well. I look forward to having Dulce for as long as she is available!

She should improve her service by providing a clear and accurate estimate during the initial visit. Quoting a price based on an initial estimate and then trying to change it after starting the job is not a professional or honest practice. As a consumer, I felt misled and disappointed.
She left several areas uncleaned yet charged the full standard rate, which did not reflect the quality of the service provided. This experience resulted in a waste of money and a lack of trust. I hope she takes this feedback seriously and improves her approach for future clients.
