The time they said the cleaning would take was accurate. They arrived on time and cleaned all of the things I had asked to be cleaned! I have zero complaints; it was exactly what I wanted and eecieved

This was my first time using this particular cleaning service. I didn't think I was going to get an appointment, because I had canceled with them three prior times, because of unexpected issues, however they were awesome and scheduled me for today at 10am. I was delighted when the two professional cleaning ladies arrived right at 10am. They walked in, said Good Morning and straight to the bathroom to start the cleaning process. I have a one bedroom one bath apartment, however these ladies did an amazing job. They wiped all the doors, they even changed my bedding, of course, I placed fresh clean ones on the bed for them. They definitely work as a team to get things done. I would highly recommend utilizing this cleaning service to have them come out and beautify your home. They left my apartment looking brand-new.

The company was easy to contact and quick to respond. Peggy and her team came out as scheduled. They worked fast and efficient and didn't need instructions. The ladies from Curl were so helpful! I just had surgery the day before they came and they helped me do some things I wasn't able to do, which I really appreciated. The quality of their cleaning was excellent but I think what I enjoyed most was their attitude. They were friendly and professional and I felt like I had known them for a long time. I felt safe and comfortable with them here and plan to stay with them as long as possible!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid every cleaning by the job, not hourly (unless requested). We have checklists that we ensure we get done for each and every cleaning. Please note that we customize the checklist according to what normally gets cleaned on a house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use checklist and customize according to your needs, when possible. We send typically two cleaners for every cleaning. We accept only credit cards. There is a 200% guarantee on our service. You can schedule on our website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our crews are professional cleaners with years of experience. We have also learned that communication with the client is the biggest factor in having a successful relationship with your house cleaning. That is why we ensure we always answer our phones and follow up with all customers needs.
