Introduction: Hi there! My name is Kathi and I am currently looking to add clients to my newly opened schedule. I have been cleaning homes part-time for the last 5 years in the valley and recently, my schedule has opened up. I am now seeking to fill my schedule to a full-time schedule instead of a part-time schedule cleaning. Most of my clients are here in the north valley, and have their homes cleaned by me once a week. I would like to develop a long-term business relationship with my new clients. I have all of my own cleaning supplies, use environmentally safe products to clean with, and I am very good around children and animals. I love cleaning for some reason (odd), so I have a very high attention to detail, and am often complimented on my work. I charge $75 to $100/house per visit. My visits are typically about 2-4 hours long. Services I include are... * Kitchen: dishes, sweep, mop, dust, and polish (windows, door frames, and cabinets included) * Living Room/Den: vacuum/mop, dust and polish (windows, door frames and furniture included) * Bedrooms: vacuum/mop, dust and polish (windows, door frames and furniture included) * Bathrooms: sweep/mop, polish and clean shower, toilet, sinks/counters/cabinets/mirrors * Hallways, entryways, and patios are included * If you have your own washer,dryer, and laundry soap, I will do up to 2 loads of laundry for you as well.
