I scheduled a deep cleaning just one day before I had to return the keys to my apartment. Once the crew started, they realized that the apartment required much more attention and work than originally estimated. Their manager immediately reassessed the situation and arranged for additional team members to come and help.
What impressed me the most was their commitment to getting the job done properly. The crew stayed and worked until 2 AM to make sure everything was completed. This helped me tremendously, as I had to return the apartment keys the very next day.
Throughout the entire process, both the cleaning crew and their manager were extremely professional, responsive, caring, and committed to their work. Despite the late hour, they didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned.
I truly appreciate the extra effort La Casa Pura put in during a very stressful move-out period. They genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend La Casa Pura and would definitely use their services again.
