I gave this company three stars because I feel like I was not treated professionally when talking to them about the job after it was done. I contacted them for a move out clean. I was quoted $240 and I sent them a list of what need to be done according to the management company for the move out clean. I had asked if this was all doable except for the professional carpet cleaning as that we would do separately and I was told yes they could do it and for the price of $240. After the house was clean, one of the gals did a walk-through and on the surface it seemed OK. They did a good job on the walls and some of the parts of the house. However, there was quite a few things I noticed at a closer look that were not given detailed attention to. In the bathrooms, the faucets still had white stains all on them that came off with just my finger. They were not done correctly or finished. Also, in the master bathroom, the mirror up on top still had water stains, and it looked as if they didn’t even go up as high, whether they didn’t bring a stepstool or climb up on the counter to get the top of the mirrors. They were not done either. As I went to the house further, the washer and dryer are in the hallway in indents with no doors and in the list I sent them. It said washer and dryer to be cleaned and as i stated earlier, I was told that everything on the list would be done. However, the top of the dryer was dirty and then right next to the dryer on the floor was garbage so I don’t know how they missed that when they were cleaning and mopping the floors. The windows were not done, and that was also stated on the list I had sent. After I took pictures of what I didn’t feel was cleaned properly, space I. Text the number and called and left a message to talk to Maria. The owner but told them that I would be out of reach for the next hour as I had a class I wasNo I mean she went to a walk-through. I had sent them a list of what needed to be done and I said you can do the things on this list yes and they gave me the quote of $240 so at the first glance, she said she did it, but she said there was a film on the floor and on the counter that’s why it looked like there was a film in the mirrors in the in the guest room. It’s like you know how when you washed I don’t know. It looked like there was a film like the wrong glass thing it was used And she was. I tried it twice. It didn’t. It must be a film on it so it wasn’t really that great then when I looked at the faucets, there were still stuff around and I just want to my finger and it came off so they didn’t wipe down the faucet even underneath the faucet then the master bathroom there was still all the water stains on top while they were short ladies, she said she couldn’t clean the upper cabinets cause she didn’t. She was too short well they should’ve brought a ladder and said cabinets cleaned inside and out and so they didn’t climb up or clean with the top of the master mirror is not cleaned The washer and dryer. The washer and dryer would not wipe down just on the top of them that was in the list and then next to the washer or the dryer was garbage on the floor so if they mop the floors, why didn’t they sweep that garbage out in between the washer and the wall the dryer in the wall no none of the windows were done that was on the list so it was gonna be 275 she charged 245. I just paid her but I’m right in the bed right up because it’s ridiculous no and then I told them I need to speak with her and I told the Assistant however I’ll be out of commission for an hour. I have a class I’m taking there were 12 missed calls a text and two voice messages saying that they would get the cops down there if they didn’t hear back from me to pay, they would have the cops waiting at the door. I’ll call back as I told you. I was out of commission for an hour so that wasn’t professional. it was right they did some of the walls we just had stains and then her excuse was well. The girl has been with me for years. She’s always really good. She was training someone well then she should’ve gone over with a fine tooth comb

Laura we so appreciate your review but with all due respect we took before pictures we took after pictures and some of that stuff was not there before or after when we took the pictures we did do a walk through with you and even though we know that we did a good job and you were satisfied when we left we still gave you a $25 discount to try to make you happy and you still went out of your way and wrote this on our page I am in awe but that's okay we cannot satisfy every customer we did try and unfortunately somebody is not being honest here and it's definitely not our company but you have a great day and thanks again for your review make it a great safe and clean day!
