- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are confident with how competitive our rates are. Your 6th clean qualifies for a customer appreciation discount. Other discounts can be applied for referrals, anniversary, and frequency of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do offer quotes over the phone and online but prefer to give an in person estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has over 15 years industry experience from hospital, commercial, residential, and self contracting.
