I hired Jen to provide a temporary foster home for my cat Sasha. Sasha is a great escape artist and loves to be outside but unfortunately it wasn't in her territory and she got lost for one week Jennifer took accountability and helped me in the best way to find Sasha. Great news is that Sasha was found a week later. And Jennifer was still willing to take on the task providing a home for my baby. At first I was a little Leary of an at home groomer. I decided to leave Missy anyway, and I'm glad I did. Jennifer did a great job and my dog was happy. Super good price and she did a high quality job. My dogs were well taken care of and I could tell because of their behavior when I got them back. Very happy clean babies:) *One thing that was my own fault, not hers at all, was when I got home I noticed their tails still had long hair they hadn't been shaved along with their whole body which is something I've never had a groomer do. They were so happy and energetic when I picked them up I just put them in the car and left so next time I will be requesting that their tail hair gets cut as well. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once you Contact me we can figure out a good time to pamper your pet. :) I'm very flexible with my schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I groomed at Arizona small dog rescue for 2 years and still go there to groom dogs that are really matted or just need a bath. I have never had a complaint about my work. And have worked with all breeds and temperaments. I would love to meet your pet
