- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial cleans always take longer to complete so they are expensive. We often spend up to 12 hours total in a large home to get it really clean. After the initial clean we offer Weekly, EO Week, E4 Weekly Service. There is a pricing scale weekly being the least in cost as we are only cleaning up one weeks worth of dust so it takes us less time to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Maids have to complete Maids University before they can be let loose on our clients homes. They study via internet and complete various tasks under the supervision of their team leader and on completion are awarded their Diploma. Any new procedures or items of machinery that we use are also covered by this btraining practise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
