Their representative, Alex Saavedra, was most thorough. Explained the process, took a million measurements, went over the options and answered any and all questions I had. The work will also be followed up on for 5 years to make sure they fixed the problem and if any additional work might be needed. Financing also had numerous options. Very happy so far.
