- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process when hiring our services begins with getting to know what the goals are of the customer. Understanding what needs to be done and when to do it. Providing upfront pricing on the job and what they should expect. Then, reclaiming the space for the customer, creating a stress free and easy process!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I more stumbled into this line of work! It started with me buying a truck for personal work and jobs but then turned into helping others reclaim their space and the satisfaction that came with it!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our favorite recent jobs was helping a family clear out their garage that had been piling up for years. What felt overwhelming to them was no problem for our crew. We hauled away old furniture, broken items, and boxes of clutter, and left the space clean and usable again. Seeing how relieved and happy they were at the end is why we love doing this work. The project took about 30 minutes all together!
