  $85 minimum, $40 per large item like sofa-sleeper or washing machine. $30 per large, bulky items $20 per standard couches and king or queen mattresses $10 per small pieces of furniture like end tables $5 per knick knack

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I am a teacher with a pick-up truck and two sons. All of us have student loan debts and this is a great way to get in an extra workout on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
