- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything depends of size and weight of the load, mileage to and from the location, and time involved to visit the dump, and the dump fee as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what they need and accommodate them by setting a price and sticking to it; by setting an appointment that works for us both; and showing up on time and doing a good job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of striving to make clients happy. And learning from my mistakes.
