FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always customized based on the size and condition of your project — we never use one-price-fits-all quotes. We offer free in-home or virtual estimates, and every quote includes prep, protection, premium coatings, and cleanup with no hidden fees. For larger projects or combined services (kitchen + bathrooms, or interior + cabinets), we provide package discounts. We’re not the cheapest — but our clients choose us for factory-quality finishes, durable materials, and transparent communication that ensures the best long-term value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent from start to finish: 1️⃣ Initial Contact – We schedule a free consultation (in person or virtual) to understand your goals, style, and timeline. 2️⃣ Estimate & Design – You’ll receive a detailed written quote with color and material options. We explain every step — no surprises. 3️⃣ Preparation & Protection – We carefully protect all floors and surfaces before sanding, priming, and refinishing. 4️⃣ Finishing Touches – We apply durable, factory-grade coatings for a flawless, long-lasting finish. 5️⃣ Final Walkthrough – You review everything with us to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave. Our goal is to make your project smooth, clean, and professional — from first message to final reveal.
