- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount to all 55+ homeowners as well as to all first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We simplify the remodeling process by starting off with a phone call to discuss your project, any concerns you may have and your expectations. Then we setup a time to meet in person to discuss material selections and finalize the details of your project. Once we iron out all the details and put it to paper, we select the project dates. Once we start your project, we remain dedicated to it every work day until it is completed. After your final review, we close out the project with a satisfaction guarantee and your written warranty.
