There were initially some issues because the work wasn’t quite completed as requested. He did come back and blow off the grass from the walkways. Request was made prior to service for all grass to be raked up and bagged, unfortunately this did not happen.

Initially, I was not impressed, as the team they subcontracted never showed up. However, LawnStarter rose to the challenge. After a single call to customer service, they immediately had another subcontractor sent out the VERY NEXT DAY and they performed fantastically! For my inconvenience, LawnStarter even paid for that first mow and followed-up multiple times to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied!
In a world where quality service and customer care normally take a back seat, LawnStarter is a breath of fresh air! Even though I initially had issues, LawnStarter proved to me that they truly care about their customers and have made me a lifetime subscriber to their service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our lawn care professionals are certified, licensed, and insured!
