CJ Shively says, "So far, so good! After a frustrating diagnostic service with another company, I decided to get a second opinion. I felt like I was being hustled by the first tech, he was nice, but it was obvious his main goal was the upsell. My dad enthusiastically recommended Patrick Riley after they replaced his AC a few years ago, so I gave them a call on Thursday evening. They scheduled my diagnostic appointment for the very next day.Zach D. came out today and was fantastic. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the text alert letting me know he was on his way, which included a photo and a neat little bio. It was a great personal touch! Upon arrival, Zach was incredibly personable and felt like an old buddy. He was also extremely knowledgeable, breaking everything down into digestible terms for someone who knows nothing about HVAC systems. While the ultimate diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear (I'll need a new unit soon), Zach walked me through his recommendations and provided clear financing options. It sucks to have to buy a new AC, but at least I wont feel like a sucker writing that check! Also, the diagnostic service was FREE!"See more

We had just moved into our new home at Trilogy at Power Ranch in early July and needed to have an electric car charger installed. We asked for John Russo because of all the great reviews that customers gave for his work. John arrived promptly at 8 am on Monday, July 20. I explained what we needed done. He told me the steps he had to take in order to complete the job successfully. John completed the installation in a timely, efficient manner. He cleaned up the area completely. The cost of the installation was completely reasonable and approximately the same as when it was done at our previous home. John was very considerate, walked us through the procedures he needed to do, and completed the job successfully. Because of the virus situation, he wore his mask the entire time and asked us to maintain social distancing. We have dealt with many tradesman recently, and John was GREAT! It was worthy 5 Star effort. When the need arises, I will ask for him again. I would highly recommend John Russo to anybody requiring electrical help. PS. I needed him 2 days later and he got me on his very busy schedule to make some lighting repairs."See more
