- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every new client gets 50% off their first invoice. We have packages, a la carte, and custom options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a discovery phase (typically done during the first meeting). We solidify and plan out the campaigns. Once the timelines and budgets have been established. We move into the monthly or bi-weekly review phase. Every quarter most clients receive a report, and every client will receive an annual performance report. The reports in addition to performance, will include new opportunities for growth.
