Our experienced team at Gentle Spaws LLC takes the time to understand your pet's needs, preferences, and history before beginning any service. Whether it's discussing desired styles or addressing any concerns, we prioritize creating a comfortable environment for your furry friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our groomers, Melody and Shannon, both hold Petco and PetSmart certifications in Pet Grooming and actively seek out new techniques and knowledge through textbook reading and online research. In the future, We intend to attend grooming conventions and training seminars to enhance customer satisfaction. As Gentle Spaws LLC expands, all employees will be required to possess similar expertise and engage in ongoing education.
