Selling one's home is never easy. Selling it when you have to leave behind an inner courtyard wall mural painted by Ana Santiago is excruciating. I spent many happy hours basking in the sublime beauty and radiance of her work. I remember the real estate agent looking at it and saying, "Now THAT will add value!" Ana Santiago's murals won't just raise the value of your property. They'll improve the quality of your life! I highly recommend her!Selling one's home is never easy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $30/sq ft for a flat indoor wall. Paint included, prices adjusted for outdoor, rough surfaces (brick, cement, stucco, corregated metal, etc) and level of detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have a conversation about the wall, discuss any ideas
2. Have client send a photo of the wall
3. Proposal sent to client
4. 2 weeks for a mock up of 3 different ideas
5. Set the calendar for the project timeline
6. 30% deposit due upon signing, 30% due at midway point, final 40% due at completion

1. BFA from University of Arizona
2. Art Teacher at public high school 15 years
