- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing and fees can vary, and i give discounts to customers who are elderly and wanting a mural, but can't afford it. in addition I work with individuals to make my pricing fair and conducive for all. nothing is etched in stone in terms of pricing. it's all based on individualality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and talk to them face-to-face. I also asked them what subject matter do they want illustrated or executed. In addition I ask what size, detail, and time frame. I also show the customer some of my past work just to validate that I can do the job. additionally I do a mockup of what I will be doing for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in graphic design and have a art degree from Arizona state university. I studied 2 and 3D design at a local community college.
