- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Details on my pricing can be found on my website. My standard fee is $79 / hour. I offer a discount for a prepaid pack of 3 hours of massage I require a card / payment to book an appointment and have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients need to fill out an intake form. After that a few minutes is spent discussing their goals for the massage session and possibly a quick evaluation is completed on their posture / condition. From there, the regular massage session is begun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed an initial 700 hour education program at the Cortiva Institute in Scottsdale as well as keeping my massage license up-to-date through a variety of continuing education courses as required by the state of Arizona.
