FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of matter you need assistance with. We have a document preparation option as well as an attorney for litigation and more complex matters; everybody's situation is different and you cannot put a circle into a square peg, therefore, once the free consultation is had and the full scope of service needed has been ascertained, competitive pricing is determined. We are the most competitive and reasonable in the valley and provide a broad range of services. In criminal cases, those are typically flat fee, which fees are bifurcated. This means we charge a flat fee to handle your case up to trial. If your case proceeds to trial, another flat fee will be charged. The advantage to the bifurcated flat-fee system is that you pay one fee, no matter the amount of work I put into your case. Moreover, you only pay for a trial if your case goes to trial. Trial is your decision. Thus, you have a large amount of control over the expense of your case. More importantly we offer payment plans! You deserve competent and experienced representation and we provide that!Give us a call! You will not be disappointed!
