FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you’ve been injured in an accident, one of the first questions you might ask yourself is: “How can I afford a lawyer?” The good news is that in personal injury law, most attorneys work on what’s called a contingency fee basis, which means you don’t pay unless your case is won. This means you can focus on your recovery without the added stress of legal fees. What Is a Contingency Fee? A contingency fee is a payment arrangement where the attorney’s fee is a percentage of the money recovered in your case—whether through a settlement or during litigation. This system is designed to be fair, ensuring that you only owe attorney’s fees if your lawyer successfully recovers compensation on your behalf. Simply put: No win, no fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a real conversation. We listen first. What happened, what they’re going through, and what they need. No pressure, no jargon. From there, we handle everything: - Investigating the accident - Gathering medical records and bills - Communicating with insurance companies - Building the case strategy We keep clients informed at every step, because not knowing what’s happening is often the most stressful part. As treatment progresses, we focus on documenting the full impact of the injury so we can position the case properly when it’s time to make a demand. Then comes negotiation. Insurance companies are evaluating risk, not fairness—so we approach every case with strategy, not emotion. If a fair resolution isn’t on the table, we’re prepared to take the next step. Throughout the entire process, our role is simple: Handle the legal side so our clients can focus on healing. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about resolving a case—it’s about guiding someone through a really difficult time with clarity and confidence.
