- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't get paid until we settle or win your case. If there is no recovery, no fees or costs are payable to the firm. Most importantly, we never take more than our client. If at case conclusion, our client is not walking away with more money then the firm, we automatically reduce the attorney's fees to guarantee our client walks away with no less than an equal share. That is our commitment to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like our clients to meet the team and get to know the people that will be helping assist with the claims. However, the attorney always meets with new clients and will not send an "intake specialist" or paralegal. We will spend as much time is necessary to answer all questions and ensure that you have a good understanding of the process and solid expectations throughout the case.
