- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We also offer a free one hour consultation to discuss the merits of your case and if hired we work on a contingency basis. There are no fees or costs unless we win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard practice is to make ourselves available at our clients convenience. If you would like to come to our office, we would love to have you. If you require a visit to your home, office or another location we will be happy to travel to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Ramirez is a graduate of Arizona Summit Law School. He is also required to complete numerous hours of continuing legal education every year. More importantly, regarding personal injury and civil rights claims, Mr. Ramirez draws on his experience as an insurance claims adjuster and private investigator assisting clients resolve their claims. His insurance experience gives him the knowledge and skills to be an aggressive advocate for clients.
