Look, GREAT pool service companies that YOU CAN TRUST are hard to find. I've had a pool for 19+ years and have seen service guys come and go. I had a pool which had been drained and subsequently had rain and sprinkler water on the bottom 10% along with dried algae on the bottom from the previous fill. It was bad but Nick at NG Pool Service made it great and the process painless for me! NG Pools is by far the BEST POOL SERVICE vendor that I have ever used. Nick (the owner) got on the started same day I called and even worked into the evening hours (he has lights) to get everything done on time and on budget. He used the right tools for the job and cleaned up after he was finished. My pool is now sparkling clean and running great thanks to Nick. Seriously, the guy is a rock star and knows his stuff is professional and cares about his work. On top of everything else, he kept me updated with the status of the pool clean/fill and let me know when he was here and when he left.
